GRAPPA DI BRUNELLO
Grappa di Brunello di Montalcino is obtained by fresh marcs, slightly pressed, from the fermentation of Sangiovese grape, same grapes used for Brunello di Montalcino. Distilled with indirect steam stills at low temperature, refined in stainless steel vats, it reaches a volume alcohol of 43%.
Distillation of fresh marcs of the fine Brunello di Montalcino allows to get a fullbodied, soft and harmonious, Grappa with red fruits notes. A young Grappa that maintains all the aromas of Sangiovese, perfect to sip at the end of a meal.
Grape varietal: first fermented marcs from the fermentation of Sangiovese grape of Brunello di Montalcino ottenute dalla fermentazione di uve Sangiovese del Brunello di Montalcino
Distillation: pressed marcs are delivered to the distillery, distilled with discontinous heat stills which help to maintains the typical features of the original vine and Sangiovese grape variety
Alcohol content: 43% Vol.
Refinement: 6/12 months in stainless stell vats
Colour: light and transparent
Organoleptic characteristics: refined nose, with an aromatic and delicate bouquet. Clear, well balanced and harmonious taste, with red fruits hints and an alcoholic note not too aggressive.
Food pairing: Ideal after a big meal as a digestive, perfect with a good coffee. Serve at 18°C in tulip shaped glasses to express its best properties, getting out all its parfums and aromas.

Grappa di Brunello di Montalcino Riserva is obtained by fresh marcs, slightly pressed of Sangiovese grape, same grapes used for Brunello di Montalcino.
Distilled with indirect steam stills at low temperature reaches a volume alcohol of 43%.
Refined in stainless steel vats and aged in small oak barrels and barriques, it reaches the classic amber colour and delicate spicy aromas, with vanilla and chocolate notes. Produced in limited amount, exalts the parfum of Sangiovese, with a fine, soft and pleasant taste to the palate. An extremely elegant and complex bouquet, an enchanting taste, made this Grappa perfect as a meditation one.
